1. Each paid registration covers only one paper and one attendee.

2. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. 

3. Delegates should bear the Service Charge (if any) of the bank in the Sender's Side.

5. Each accepted paper must be accompanied by at least one author registration, otherwise it will be excluded from the Conference Proceedings.
